Refund & Returns Policy

At Numa Gymwear, we want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Change of Mind Returns

We accept returns for change of mind within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • Items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • All tags and hygiene liners (where applicable) remain attached.

  • The item is free from makeup, deodorant, perfume, pet hair, and any other marks.

  • Proof of purchase is provided.

Approved returns may be issued as a store credit, exchange, or refund at Numa Gymwear's discretion.

****Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Sale Items

Items purchased during promotional events, clearance sales, EOFY sales, Black Friday sales, or marked as "Sale" are not eligible for change-of-mind refunds.

Sale items may be returned for:

  • Exchange (subject to stock availability), or

  • Store credit.

All sale item returns must meet the conditions outlined above and be lodged within 14 days of delivery.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order by emailing us at numaecobottles@gmail.com

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photographs showing the fault or damage

Where a product is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or not as described, Numa Gymwear will provide a repair, replacement, store credit, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to meet acceptable quality standards and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Worn garments

  • Washed garments

  • Gift cards

  • Final clearance items marked "Final Sale"

How to Lodge a Return

To request a return, please contact:

Please include your:

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

Our team will provide return instructions and next steps.

Processing Times

Once your return is received and inspected, please allow:

  • 3–5 business days for assessment

  • Up to 5 business days for refunds to appear in your account (depending on your financial institution)
